Welcome to Wander Llama! By accessing or using the Wander Llama platform ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), which govern your use of our services. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
Wander Llama is an online marketplace that connects travelers with travel planners to create trips. Wander Llama itself does not directly provide travel booking services or sell travel products and is not a party to any agreement between travelers and planners. All trip planning services are provided by independent planners. Travelers can submit trip requests without paying an upfront fee. Payment is only required if a traveler accepts a bid or otherwise engages paid services.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Wander Llama. By using the Platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Pricing, benefits, and eligibility criteria for tiers are subject to change and updates will apply beginning with the next billing cycle.
Wander Llama operates as a marketplace where travelers submit trip requests and planners may apply or express interest in planning those trips. Travelers may select a planner based on the responses received.
If a traveler does not select a planner within a specified period of time (currently approximately seventy-two (72) hours), Wander Llama may automatically assign a planner to the trip. Upon selection or automatic assignment, contact information for the traveler may be shared with the assigned planner to allow the parties to communicate and deliver the agreed upon services.
The timing, criteria, and process for planner selection or automatic assignment may change at any time at Wander Llama’s discretion. Wander Llama does not guarantee that any planner will apply to, be selected for, or be assigned to a trip, and does not guarantee outcomes or satisfaction.
You agree not to:
Wander Llama reserves the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without cause.
Traveler Payments. Travelers pay only if they accept a bid or otherwise engage a planner for paid services. Payments are processed through Stripe (for traveler payments).
Planner Earnings. For planning fees processed on the Platform, the default revenue split depends on the planner’s tier:
These percentages apply to planning fees processed through the Platform and are calculated before any applicable taxes, refunds/chargebacks, or third-party payment processing fees, which may be deducted as applicable. Bookings or transactions made entirely outside of the Platform are not subject to Wander Llama’s planning-fee revenue share. Wander Llama may change commission rates and payment structures at any time with notice.
Completion & Payout. Funds are released to planners via PayPal once:
Wander Llama may change payment processors at any time. For bookings made outside of the Wander Llama Platform, Wander Llama does not collect commissions.
Disputes. In case of a payment dispute, Wander Llama will review the matter after engaging all parties involved and make a final determination at its discretion. If a traveler does not pay or a payment is reversed, the planner has no claim against Wander Llama for lost funds.
Planners may submit bids that include a proposed price for trip planning services. Wander Llama collects payment from the traveler and releases funds to the planner as outlined in Section 5. The revenue splits described in Section 5 apply, and commission/payout structures may be changed by Wander Llama at any time with notice.
Wander Llama may provide AI-generated trip ideas and recommendations. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, and may be based on third-party data outside Wander Llama’s control. You agree not to rely solely on AI-generated content for decision-making and you assume all risk in using it.
AI chats may be stored and reviewed for quality control, moderation, and product improvement. Wander Llama may modify, replace, or discontinue AI tools at any time.
All content and materials on Wander Llama, including logos, brand assets, text, images, software, and planner-submitted trip itineraries (with personal traveler details removed), are owned by Wander Llama or its licensors. You agree not to use, reproduce, or distribute this content without prior written consent.
If you submit reviews, images, trip details, itineraries, or other content to the Platform, you grant Wander Llama a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, promote, adapt, and create derivative works from this content in connection with the Platform, Wander Llama’s marketing, and product development.
By using the Platform, you consent to receiving promotional emails and offers from Wander Llama and third parties. Wander Llama may display advertisements within the Platform and use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to deliver targeted advertising on and off the Platform.
Wander Llama may contain links to third-party websites or services. Wander Llama does not control these sites and is not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including device information, IP addresses, and usage data.
Wander Llama is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous or error-free operation of the Platform and may suspend or discontinue services at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify and hold Wander Llama harmless from claims arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
Wander Llama may suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, with or without cause.
Wander Llama may change or update the Platform, features, pricing, commission structures, selection processes, or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform, and continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive any right to participate in class actions.
By using Wander Llama, you consent to receive electronic communications via email or the Platform.
Any feedback you provide may be used by Wander Llama without compensation.
Some features may be offered in beta form and may be changed or removed at any time without notice.
Wander Llama is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Wander Llama. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
